Embroidery is an important part of our production, as it can be done everywhere, even in remote villages with few other job opportunities. Women can work from home at their convenience or in the fellowship of a producer group at a local Salvation Army center. The fabric used on the purse is handwoven at traditional looms at our workshop in Jashore, Bangladesh.
