The song, “Nobody Does It Better” was written by Marvin Hamlisch and Carole Bayer Sager for the James Bond film, “The Spy Who Loved Me”. It became a hit song for Carly Simon in the late 70’s. Dorothy Gates has taken this power ballad and interwoven it with the classic hymn “Jesus Loves Me”, to remind us that no one can love us better than our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.

This Eb Bass solo was written for the New York Staff Band’s principal Eb Bass, Christopher Webster, who played it as part of his Senior College Recital as well as recording it with the band.
